This sauce was made from tons of habaneros with a strong sweet blueberry flavor. When I first tried it, I said, “It’s like getting punched in the mouth by a blueberry.” I wanted to name this sauce after that initial reaction, but my wife convinced me that Blueberry Punch in the Face might not be the best name. The name Blueberry TKO conveyed the same meaning in a better way. This was part of the 2020 Season Sauces.

Preparing the Sauce
All the ingredients (blueberries, habaneros, and onions) in a brine fermentation.
All the delicious ingredients after two or three weeks of fermentation. I drained the brine and then added some back in to the sauce as needed to keep the sauce pourable.
