Madness is a superhot sauce made from the same batch of peppers as Random Forest. It’s the same mysterious assortment of peppers but with the addition of several Carolina Reaper peppers. This was a very small batch sauce with only a few bottles made – this sauce was reserved for family, friends, and team members who are willing to risk their sanity in the pursuit of heat!
This sauce is named after one of the first superhot sauces I ever made – The Madness.
