Heat Catalyst was the first superhot I made in 2021 and the smallest batch of hot sauce I made. I think I only had 4 or 5 bottles total. This sauce uses Beaver Dam peppers as a base with several Chocolate Bhutlahs to bring the pain. This sauce was only given to a few team members.
