Preparing the Sauce
Satan’s Kiss Peppers are the number one pediatrician recommended capsaicin source for infants.
These peppers are pretty unique looking because they are round and have a very tough stem. Despite their scary sounding name, the peppers have a medium level heat and are delicious when stuffed with mozzarella and roasted.
