Your favorite machine learning algorithm is now your favorite hot sauce flavor! This hot sauce is always the last flavor I make each year. It is made from the leftover peppers from my garden after I’ve made other recipes. I introduced this flavor to my lineup in the 2020 Season Sauces.
In 2020 most of the leftover peppers I had were green but a few were red or orange, which gave this sauce a distinctive brown color.
The heat level was at the border between mild and medium. The flavor was very popular, which is kind of a shame, because I have no idea how to recreate it.

This sauce was recreated with a new recipe in 2021.

The artwork for Random Forest was done by my youngest daughter. She was pretty new to drawing and was very proud of this effort and loved seeing it on the bottles of hot sauce. I really liked the big pepper she drew in the middle of the animals and peppers.
