Mr. Blueberry was the mildest sauce that I made in the 2020 Season. This was a brine fermentation made with lots of blueberries and Anaheim peppers. The flavor is, as you might imagine, very fruity and not at all very spicy. This sauce was a given as a gift to those who did not prefer a lot of heat.
