Haunted Twins is a brine fermentation of Anaheim peppers and exactly two ghost peppers. This flavor was made in a very small batch and given exclusively to team members who worked on a challenging person matching algorithm project with me at work.
The ghost peppers gave this a noticeable but manageable heat level. I ranked the sauce as hot. Haunted Twins is part of the 2020 Season Sauces.
