Anaheim Dream is my most frequently made sauce and a staple at my table. The sauce is made with ripe Anaheim peppers, blueberries, and carrots. In 2020, I had enough peppers to make both a mash and a brine fermentation. Both versions had the same label but the mash fermentation had a slightly stronger flavor.
There is a little heat but overall this is a pretty mild sauce. It was the gift I gave away the most from the 2020 Season Sauces.
